Well I followed today's exercises was really good
64 with hip and knee pain. Only got through 7 minutes but will be back tomorrow!
This is my first attempt at exercising since COVID . It was short and sweet and less daunting than most . I will do this for a month and increase my band weights then move to something more challenging . For now it was the perfect start !
I've been exercising with you ladies since April 8. I follow a video almost every evening -- maybe missed only a few days since I started. I really enjoy the walking and strength videos using weights. I'm not ready to increase the size of weights but would like a longer video. I found this one that is Master Strength and almost 15 minutes, but wondering if you have a 20 min. video of walking and strength training with weights? I couldn't seem to find one. Thanks for helping me improve my flexibility, strength, balance and overall fitness. Hugs to you both.

I don't use a chair I use the booyah stick that Dave and Brad use for physical therapy and it is really long and sturdy and I use it to make sure I don't fall. I love that you are doing this with your mom!

This is the longest workout I've tried since recovering from my back pain, and my first time trying this one. l was glad to be able to do all the moves without too much challenge and also glad to get a bit "dewy" after the first couple of rounds. I've been having trouble getting back into my regular workout routine, but it's a new week, and I hope to be back on track from now on!

Hello from Tucson AZ! This is my 3rd year participating in the yes2next exercise programs. I love the fact that I can exercise for 15 minutes 10 minutes or a half an hour here in my home. Don’t need any equipment. Don’t need to get in the car. Don’t need to drive anywhere… especially because it’s 108° later this week🌻🔥🌻 I always laugh at least once each session and love the care, compassion and love shared between the two of you. Thank you for all that you do to help us. I’m 74. You have helped me stay mobile in the last three years.,and set goal of finding a hotdog stand and walked to it😊

This video, along with a stretching video of about the same length, has really helped me work through some hip pain that was interfering with my sleep and keeping me from my usual walks. They're a great way to keep moving and work towards healing. I only have one problem and that is because I find it easiest to mirror what is going on on the screen, when you say "right, left" I'm doing the opposite and it is a little confusing for a person who is already a bit right/left challenged! 😂
